Healing for Queer Healers

Creating spaces for queer healers to pause, reconnect, and find community.

Spaces That are Just For Us.

Queer healers like you and I consistently create safe spaces for others at work, in relationships, and in community. We hold stories, grief, responsibility, and care, all while navigating our own transitions and losses.

And yet, there are few affirming spaces that are just for us.

Through my work, I am creating these spaces: queer affirming containers where we can unplug, rest, connect with one another and return to ourselves.

Hi, I’m Christa.

(she/they)

I’m a therapist in private practice, a retreat leader, and a fellow queer human!

Through my retreats and my therapy offerings, I create safe spaces where queer healers and our deep allies can pause, reconnect with ourselves, and find community with others who understand.

I was carrying the weight of the world, feeling out of balance from caring for others in both my personal and professional life.

I found a safe space to just “be” . . . I received the gift of connecting with myself . . . in a way that was balancing & healing for me.

These spaces are for you.

There are many ways to be a queer healer. Maybe you’re a therapist like me. Maybe you have another title:

Social worker

Massage therapist

Yoga instructor

…or maybe you don’t. To join these spaces, you just have to be a helper at heart, giving your energy to others through care, volunteering, or offering your presence.

You count.

Low Ego Leadership

As queer and trans people, we experience cycles of arrival and loss — moments of connection, followed by disruption — shaped by relationships, family, and the shifting conditions of safety around us.

In the aftermath of each disruption, we are challenged to find ourselves, again and again.

Our work together is not about becoming someone new; my goal isn’t to teach or transform you.

It’s to create a safe container so you can steady yourself and make your way back to what’s already there.
